Tamara’s Philosophy

It isn’t unusual for people to be embarrassed about our challenges in life and to worry about being judged or criticized.

I believe it is very important to create an accepting, non-judgmental environment so that clients can center on meaningful ways to achieve success in their lives.

There are periods in all of our lives when we feel besieged with personal and emotional issues and want outside help to resolve these problems.

My natural tendency is to be active in sessions, providing you with feedback and thought-provoking ideas.

I am committed to creating a positive and supportive partnership with my clients during the therapy process. I believe each client has the right to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or economic status.

It is my goal to continue exploring new and better ways of helping my clients to reach their goals.
